Every customer has a different requirement and we can tailor support packages to fit. Whatever your support requirement there are a few things we do for every customer as part of our basic I.T. support service.
- Check backups and liaise with you to make sure your data can be recovered
- If you run a server make sure that security updates are applied
- Look at email provision and make sure you’re email platform is protected against Viruses / SPAM etc
If your business has a server(s) we will automatically monitor these servers remotely for things like disk space usage, memory usage etc. We will know there’s an issue before you do.
The most important thing about I.T. Support is that it’s about your business and support needs to be tailored to your requirements. Our helpdesk can be available (and is for some clients) 24/7. It really depends on your requirements. Whatever the level of support required; we are always here for a chat, or if you’re local, pop in for a coffee!
