I started working with Trunk Networks over 10 years ago via a recommendation and never felt the need in all that time to switch IT Support, despite getting calls every week from other companies. The team at TN are efficient, helpful and the service is quick and reasonably priced. Bigger isn’t always Better and this smallish independent ticked all the boxes for us, the support guys got to know us well and were always able to sort out any issues with minimal disruption. They even visit on site regularly just to ensure things are running well and test all the equipment. I.T. Support is at the heart of our business and underpins everything we do.  We have built great relationships with our customers over the years and look forward to having the opportunity to do the same with your business.

Every customer has a different requirement and we can tailor support packages to fit. Whatever your support requirement there are a few things we do for every customer as part of our basic I.T. support service.

  1. Check backups and liaise with you to make sure your data can be recovered
  2. If you run a server make sure that security updates are applied
  3. Look at email provision and make sure you’re email platform is protected against Viruses / SPAM etc

If your business has a server(s) we will automatically monitor these servers remotely for things like disk space usage, memory usage etc. We will know there’s an issue before you do.

The most important thing about I.T. Support is that it’s about your business and support needs to be tailored to your requirements. Our helpdesk can be available (and is for some clients) 24/7. It really depends on your requirements. Whatever the level of support required; we are always here for a chat, or if you’re local, pop in for a coffee!
