Our focus tends to be SME businesses of between 10 and 200 users but we also carry out consultancy services for larger businesses too.
Every customer has a different requirement and we can tailor support packages to fit. We only provide managed support to our customers. Proactive support is always better than fire fighting.

We have always been early adopters of new technology and have been providing “Cloud” solutions since our inception in 2008. With the advent of faster and faster connectivity solutions it is no longer necessary to host your I.T. infrastructure in your office. We are helping lots of customers move to the Cloud. This could be simple things like moving to Office365 and taking advantage of Sharepoint or migrating email servers to Office365.
If your business is not ready for the Cloud then we can support your local I.T. infrastructure. We have engineers working with us who were supporting NT server and Novell Netware in the 90’s so we have seen I.T. change and evolve over the past 25 years.
Our support is always proactive so things like backups, security updates, server monitoring is always included as standard.
The most important thing about I.T. Support is that it’s about your business and support needs to be tailored to your requirements. Our helpdesk can be available (and is for some clients) 24/7. It really depends on your requirements. Whatever the level of support required; we are always here for a chat, or if you’re local, pop in for a coffee!
