Many of our clients like to include regular on site visits. This is good for maintaining staff confidence, dealing with non emergency maintenance issues that can’t be resolved remotely, installation new equipment. We don’t charge “engineering time” for site visits but we do agree a common sense approach with our clients in respect of paying for travelling time to cover travel costs.
